Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a minute?
Minutes are billed the same way VoIP or cell carriers charge—any time a call is active on your phone number counts toward your usage.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
On the Professional plan, any usage beyond your 1,500 included minutes is billed at $0.035/min. On Pay As You Go, all minutes are billed at $0.04/min with no caps or overage surprises.

We are SOC2 Type II compliant and encrypt all data at rest and in transit. Enterprise plans include additional security features and HIPAA compliance.
