Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a minute?
Minutes are billed the same way VoIP or cell carriers charge—any time a call is active on your phone number counts toward your usage.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
On the Professional plan, any usage beyond your 1,500 included minutes is billed at $0.035/min. On Pay As You Go, all minutes are billed at $0.04/min with no caps or overage surprises.
